Boy did we get torn apart during training today! I thought I was pretty good at bracing, that thought was turned upside down when Dave reworked EVERYONE on our breathing and squat setup. It was difficult to apply to over 80% on my lifts personally. this was also my first day back in wraps and EVERYTHING felt heavy. Last training cycle I took this weight for 3 with a bunch of hype and music, this cycle I took it for a slow one with no hype, music and it was the most stable my back has ever been while under load, shit still felt really heavy though, lol.
