It's that time to throw myself back into a peak phase and squatting today was a good ride. Like a moron and being technology impaired I deleted all my squat sets which were really good! I hit 4x3 645 and they moved well. I can tell my wraps are broken in and not as "springy" so I order some new EliteFTS Kraits, they showed up and will be ready for heavy squats on Monday!

this is roughly 92% of my last meet 1RM
this fell 5 weeks before the meet (33 days)
not this week (tomorrow) but next week I will be taking a Second attempt and a reverse band third which is roughly 3 weeks out (19 days). That will be my last heavy squat over 90%, actually I think that will be last time going over 90% on lifts
