So it is 3 days out from the meet and I am bench pressing. I am called to take my opener of 345 today but my arms are still tender from last week. So, that means I am going to TRY and work up to around 60% and take that for 1 set of whatever feels comfortable (that ended up being 225). The rest of the day as getting blood flow into my biceps and triceps then shutting it down to walk into this meet "blind", remember last week I had to take my opener of 345 with a slingshot, lol.
