After helping at the XPC wrapping I brought back a lot of tricep pain. If anyone saw me they noticed all that crazy tape holding my arms together. Well, I benched scared today for sure. The tricep's felt off and by the end of bench I was in a good amount of pain. Prescribed to take 4x3 at 87-92%, I was not able to finish one set at 92% (370) so to salvage the training session my last two sets I dropped to 88% (355) to finish my last 2 sets. Not a good day, I know why I have the pain and what to do to relieve it. Hopefully by next week I will be ready to rock.
