Was driving around all day today when the original plan was to relax and focus solely on these pulls. After thinking about it for awhile, running around the whole morning was the best thing I could have done and here is why. Deadlifting as my main movement usually goes ok, but I never deadlift after taking 8 heavy attempts at 95% and greater so I am always smoked when I get to them in a meet. The way I train I have never done all three lifts in one day (some like to train that way) my coach just does not program it and I do not necessarily favor that theory. So running around all morning tuckered me out a little physically and mentally. That being said, the way these moved I am very pleased with. I decided to slap the 100lb plates on the inside to mimic the meet and it definitely changed how the whip comes out of them bar, I am going to be doing this more often!
