2018 APF/AAPF IL Raw Power Challenge 12-15-18
First day back under a bar since the back strain. I started off really cautious and overthought every rep, then everyone started getting serious and the music got turned up and I loosened up a bit. The whole crew had a good day and we got some awesome footage recorded and edited by one of our training partners (you can see that quick snapshot on the IG's). The weight moved faster than it felt but I was happy with 555 + 6 for 3 as my week prior I had to skip this session.

*Leg Press Wide Stance (posterior chain) 80 reps: 127
*DB RDL’s 4x10: 90
*Hamstring Curls 5x12: 6,6,6,6,4
