Things are moving well on squat's, the hardest part of squatting was hopefully earlier in the cycle when everything went to crap due to compensations from adductor strain. They are not 100% yet but I can squat pain free, deadlifting is where it will get interesting but I have a gameplay in place come meet day to make sure they are ready to fire.
I had more in the tank today (you can visually see this in how the 680 moved) although during this wrap I impinged my patella to the lateral side and when I took the wraps off my knee and IT band felt crappy so I shut it down and will wait for next week when I take openers, second attempts, and reverse band a third attempt!
