The final prep week is here, Monday is going to be the easiest day of this week with salt loading and water loading going on. My body feels pretty good, only minor aches but those are being tended to well with client cancellations and recovery therapy happening four different times before the meet.

I rolled with 4x3: 355 today and it felt good, all the cues Dave gave us during our "correction Squat Lesson" that was posted this past weekend are being put to use by all my team members and helping a lot.
