Well, I have fallen off the bus big time with my quality of video editing. I had all my warm up attempts and main lifts recorded and deleted all of them, the reason that even matters is today was going good as hell!!!!
I was on point today, squatting felt great, I was in a great mood, not in my head, AND HAVING FUN. by the time I got to my last warmup of 620 I was to dang excited cause the weight felt super comfortable. As I shot up out of the whole with my opener of 660 I was beyond happy how everything felt and was moving. The fact that I called for 700 on a second attempt when it was my third last meet blows my mind, that is a huge testament to my training (for squat at least).
700 was literally another day at the office, when I un-racked it i was surprised how stable I was, during my decent I felt strong, when I rebounded out of the whole I surprised the hell out of myself by how much power I had behind me, everything was on fire and then the second before lockout I let out a sigh and felt a huge shift and POP in my lower back. My body started to collapse (luckily the rack closed) and as the weight settled into the Hooks my body just kept on it;s current path to the floor.
Long story short our sports therapist basically said I am inches away from a disaster and being the most stable epson ever. My muscularity is so responsive that if anything shifts or moves it contracts and locks down. This incident resulted in 2 days of pretty bad pain (about a 4 after getting worked on) where a 9 would be passing out according to Swede and Janeck. All in all I am still here, no structural damage that we can tell and will play it by ear to see about the meet
