This is going to be short and sweet
I felt like a freaking train wreck after these, my right Fibula hurt so freaking much after getting out from under the bar every set. It ended with me on the floor in 90/90 for 20 min after the speed session just to take pressure off of it. Treating it like the beginning of a stress fracture, thank goodness I do not Squat again for another 7 days!
