Pretty pleased with this bench day, really enjoying the pump session that follows these heavy main movements. debating if I keep the sets up to really drive some blood in their for my intent of recovery and hypertrophy after ME movements. Currently in my three week wave I am keeping the reps the same and decreasing the sets from 3 sets at week 1 to one set by week 3.
