Going to make this quick and to the point so I do not rant to long. I came in to this session chasing a number that one of my clients did on the same bar. I like talking trash, its motivating but it works much better when the person is there. You can feel their presence, you see them, you want to beat them. This particular client was a remote client so all I had was a number. I did not take into account how poor my reps were looking 80% and above. 475 was below normal quality and instead of making a smaller jump, getting 2 quality reps and straining. It was a good ego check and although I will still "compete" with clients from a distance I will make sure I check myself during training.
