This is the first time we are running a Triphasic program that has seemingly been mated with conjugate, and concurrent style variations. The percentages are in the realm of speed for straight weight but the bands make it move slow enough to keep it out of speed work and in a lower intensity range WITH a four second negative, hopefully that makes sense.
Today went really well and I was comfortable under the bar, no pain, and moved the weight really well. Every light day the percentages will wave up to 60% then drop back to 50% like a standard concurrent wave.
