This is coming off the Arnold weekend with a lot of traveling, coaching, and sleep not being normal. Not using that as an excuse but definitely blaming that as a factor in todays shit show of a training session. I was excited to up the weight on these 3x1's today. Last week I was able to hit 535 for 3x2, this week I wanted 555. That was not in the cards today one, cause I suck at math and loaded to 565. Two, I made a stupid jump straight from 515 and "I wasn't readyyyyyyyy" (Kevin Heart voice). Either way I got folded over and backed the weight off, you will see in the video I was getting folded over in my upper back so next phase I will take that into account on accessories. Deadlifts went well but still loosing upper back, yet another red flag on a weak area.
