Pretty pleased with t day, it is looking like all my specialty bar work with accommodative resistance is around the 500 - 535lb range. Won't be able to draw any conclusions until meet day so the note-taking during training is often. The % drop for supplemental movements chosen for males and females are on point, basically going off protocols for people programming in down sets, just very pleased with how it carried over to triphasic principles.
