This was a great learning experience for me, I was able to see, feel, and understand a new method of training (on a speed day). The exercise RX was eight sets of two reps but the percentage jumped up every two set's. in other words set one and two were done at 55%, set three and four were done at 60%, and so on until we reached 70% for two set's.
Obviously the weight slowed down but It was fun and I felt good!
