Every time I look at my training program and I see "Light" I think, sweet today will be easy and I can recover. As my eyes get re-aquainted with the prescribed movements of the day my body instantly starts pumping adrenaline as I realize shit is about to get real and not so "easy".

6x3 + Grey Bands with a 4 second eccentric is no joke. I decided to really push myself and attempt this with no belt to work on my bracing technique. That was cool for the first two sets maybe and after that it was a struggle to hold my breath for 3 reps, which is 12 seconds, under 365 + bands, with someone else counting. One hell of a way to tighten your shit up and tell your body, "YOU GANNA LEEEEEAAARRRRNNNNN TODAY!"
