So after having my math checked I was only up 5lbs this week from week one on the SSB. This was a little bit of a surprise to me, reason being, I am usually good at the Spider bar and was expecting a but more out of it compared to the SSB. I am not fully decided if this is a good or bad sign, either've gotten stronger and do well now on the SSB or im getting weaker and worse on the Spider bar. We will see in 9 weeks 9!

*Back SSB RB on GHR 3x20: 155
*Bulgarian Split Squats 3x20: BW
*Leg Press 3x20: 315
*Heavy Prowler Pushes 3x down and back 4 plates
