Talk about a frustrated strength coach, I was that guy today. After a fresh injury less than 12 hours earlier I decided to try and bench. My terrible logic was, I can do a cobra yoga pose and it feels good so I should be able to lay down and arch into my bench... right?

well, I was not far off, as I explain in video. First set felt great but during second set I heard the cue to drive my heels down and that was a mistake to implement, the second I drove help down my back strained SO bad I almost lost the weight. I was unable to do hardly any accessories so I called it. I am NOT training Monday and hopefully can bench wednesday and be able to vertically load my spine by Friday if recovery stays on track like it has been.
