AMAZING TRAINING SESSION ON LABOR DAY!!! we had almost the entire powerlifting crew there and our rotation was HUGE on the monolift. So much going on, everyone had a job and we finished in less than an hour, it was beautiful. Got my top set of 515 for a triple with double green bands and all the hype was definitely needed to get it done.
