Another question for you if you don't mind. Where do you get your fat sources from for each meal and how do you split them up? I try to plan my diet around macro nutrient intake (not the best at it just yet, but slowly figuring it all out) and trying to figure out the best way to split up the fats so that I don't take everything in at breakfast and dinner.
this current program has me on 7g of fat per meal. If you have an overall macro nutrient for the day I would divide it by the amount of meals you get that day. Fat helps me not feel hungry and want to destroy people, my main source I go to for fat is butter. My favorite meal is ground turkey, red potatoes and butter with low carb ketchup (1g per tbsp)
