Meadows rows – 4x10 each, drop set last set: 50
Single arm lat pulldown – 4x10 each: 40-40-50-50
Dante rows – 4x12: 60-60-70-70
SSB Goodmorning – work up to a moderate set of 8: 195
Reverse hyper – 3x15: 115-135-185
Wide lat pulldown – 2x20: 100
