So you will hear this information again if you watch the video but, Fat Gripz gives me problems! Don't get me wrong, they are a great tool, I just struggle with them "squishing" while grabbing them. I am thinking about writing the company and seeing if they care to put groves in the rubber, similar to gnarling. Now that I say that I feel like I could sell that idea to them!!! No matter, these Gripz allowed me to realize my grip is still an issue, as well as, my wrist position. I found myself rotating quite a bit during my bench if you watch the video closely you will see elbows at various positions under the bar fighting to find "my" proper position.
