DB Stiff legged deads – 4x10: 80
Yoke bar anderson squat– set the pins 1-2” above parallel. After each rep, make sure to pause the bar on the pins for a second, then explode up. Once you find a good weight, do 4x6-8 with it. (chains optional): 335

Leg press 1.5 reps – 3x8 (go down, half way up, back down, then all the way up… keep tension on quads): 5 plates
Leg extension – 4x5/5/5 (5 regular tempo, 5 slow tempo, 5 regular): 100
Leg curls (seated, lying or single standing) – 3x15: 20
Incline Leg Raises: 4x15
