After meeting with sport's therapist I am on the sideline with no squats or sumo deadlifting until we allow assumed adductor strain ample time to heal without further injury. With that being said this workout was basically all accessory work consisting of goblet squat's resulting in no pain (good) and a lot of trunk and hamstring work (which is always a good thing as well).

Going forward in "rehab" I will still be benching. Deadlifting will be done conventional (which for your viewing pleasure a shit show) this Friday being a 3RM day. I have not maxed out in conventional in over a year lol. Massage was done today in hopes to relax the muscle enough that dry needling this afternoon will not hurt as much. Im sure I will be cussing a few people out by the end of the day but I am determined to be back "under the bar" within the next few weeks loaded and ready to go.
