I had a very poor gauge of where I was going to be today, in my head I wanted over 500lbs on the bar. 2 weeks ago I took the Cambered bar for a single against double greens and was over 500lbs so naturally, that should be the same and more since the reps were 1 this week. AAAAAAAA HAHAHAHA so dang wrong, my lovely fiance proceeded to set my brain right when, after almost getting folded with 425, that the bands on the cambered bar are half the distance since it sits so low equating to a drastic decrease of band tension. Needless to say, I did not get to 500lbs today and this bar did its job and had me looking at my crotch for my single on my top set!
