Being in a caloric deficit in preparation for my upcoming meet made this past weekend very challenging for recovery and nutrition in general. My body was obviously upset with me since after every meal it felt as though I was still starving myself. I lost the fight when my body hit a switch and I just passed out on the couch saturday afternoon after our heavy session. It did not stop there, Sunday to was loaded with constant hunger, dragging and being moody from the requests I made of my body during training. Next time I will plan my cheat meals better.
Today is a new day though and I felt much better, Bench was still on point as I was not sharing or moving all over them place during our first session of paused movements in this mesocycle. I rolled with 295 for 4x3 and a 3 second pause today, they felt pretty darn good.

*Incline DB Bench Press
*Mag Grip Medium Neutral Cable Rows, hold for one count at contraction
*Hammer Strength Shoulder Press
*Chest Supported Rows, elbows out
