Was pleased with todays session minus one area, the football bar has been giving me a lot of issues even as a secondary movement. This is the first time I have ever felt a bar go 100% into a muscle I did not want it to be in and could not get the tension to move. The second I would walk the football bar out I felt it all in my front Delt. This is very unsettling with the amount of injuries I have seen lately.
