Man this day dragged on forever!!! warming up for this session felt awful and I was irritated getting under the bar, 150 felt like shit! BUT THEN once we got 240 on the bar and I let it settle and treated light weight heavy all my warming up and technique came together and it hit HARD!!! I was there and turned on ready to do work, so much so that at that instant I was determined to do %75 today without a belt.

Every set but one felt amazing and my bracing, settling, and bar placement got better every set

Moving on to deadlifts I knew this was going to smoke me from the volume. We had a total of 18 seconds of holds split between three sets so regardless it was going to suck. I made the decision to be more worried about my setup and keeping a form that would not break on every single rep. I decided to roll with 315 for 3x6 and a 3 second isometric below the knee.
