so last week we mentioned we swapped days so we could have our heavy day land on the video shoot. Well we are now passed that and swapping back, that means two squat days back to back. Needless to say this sucked, even though one was a medium day and one was a light day I decided to attempt my medium day belt-less. Obviously this means I have to do the light day belt-less as well, and it sucked just as much. The rest of the weekend I was having issues with my lower right erector giving me hell. Either way the day went on and I didn't die so I am not complaining here, the weight moved and I felt as though I was getting into a good position.

*Competition Squat, 3 sec pause w/chains: 340 + 4 chains
*Seated Leg Curls
*Reverse Hypers
*Machine Abductions, super set with machine adductions
*Hanging Leg Raises
