Came in hot to training as I was flying high off a large cold brew from starbucks. Squats felt garbage again until I took 420 and then I settled in and started moving shit right, so hard to wrap my head around saying something like that looking back over the past four years.

I was not going to make the same poor jumps I made last heavy day and pin myself into the floor. As I un-racked 565 (which is what I took last week) I had all the confidence in the world and wanted to make it faster than last time, which is exactly what happened. Today though instead of jumping back to 605 I played it safe and took 585 which was the correct choice. The weight moved smoothly and did not throw me out of position using the EliteFTS Cambered Bar
as it did last week.

Deadlifts went to a good place as well, coming up on my last heavy days "good lift" of 585 I knew I had 605 in me if I did not over analyze it. Walking up to the bar with 605 I faced the reality that I was strong enough to do this and I didn't need to amp myself up but a firm under grip and a tight F'ing set of lats.
