major bomb training, decided to hit a M/Tues - Thurs/Fri split as I am going camping this weekend. Did this not to miss training days, I forgot how much training changes when so many different variables are messed up at once. Variables including day of week, time of day, and food intake all got to me and under my skin during training. Plain and simple, I was not having fun training today and that is why it turned out the way it did.

Could not get the weight to sit in my lats, used predominantly triceps resulting in me getting lose between reps one and two. Last week I hit 265x2 this week I made a poor decision to jump 365 to 375, should have went straight from 345 to 370 OR 365 then 370. Either way I failed rep two, now its on to the next one and fun has to be a top focus. Slingshot bench felt garbage but was up 20lbs from last week.
