WHEW so glad this training session is over and I won't be under a bar again until monday with nothing but relaxation the rest of the weekend. My body leading into this weekend is feeling almost as bad as it did leaving the XPC finals earlier this year. Working with THE Casey Williams he advised me to skip my next bench session, I am thinking I should have skipped this lower session as well. I only made it through my first main movements and then bugged out, my body was not giving anything else, I felt on the verge of injury my last set of squats
