Had to get training in before clients which was a huge schedule change. Morning training is not my favorite in general and definitely not at 6:30 in the morning. Kept Wide bench moderate dude to me still waking up but I got a great pump with this session, I was affirmed of this as my first client came in and saying, "you must be feeling yourself this morning" whatever that means, arm pump + tank top = jacked and not tan. Keeping it basic:

Day 4 – Chest/arms (Saturday)
Wide grip bench – 4x6: 225-245-255-265
Chest press machine, attach bands – 4x15, 12, 10, 8: 35-45-55-65
Pec deck or cable flyes – 3x15, rest pause last set (15 reps, pause and count to 10, etc etc): 80 HARD

DB Curls, palms up – 3x8 with 3 second lowering: 25
superset with
Rope cable curls – 3x10, drop set last set: 60—-40-20 (did EZ bar)
Single arm behind the head DB ext – 4x8 each: 30
superset with
Straight bar pushdowns – 4x12, drop set last set: 110
EZ bar preacher curls – 3x21: 35-35-45
EZ bar skullcrushers/close grip presses – 3x8/12-15: 45-65-65
