As mentioned in earlier this week in my blog's coach Ganglion and I came to an agreement up my bench training max to 380. (my best competition bench was 390) My training max was set low cause I sucked during testing week and so, it is what it is. although today as lower volume all this week the weights moved fairly easy so I am extremely satisfied with how bench day is feeling, I have also never gone this long without discomfort in arms and shoulders which is a huge plus.

Close Grip Feet Up 3’s PAUSE 2x12: 185
Incline Press PAUSE 2x8: 230
DB Fly Slow Eccentric 3x12: 40
Hex DB Holds 2x20’s: 25’s
Cable Tricep Extension’s 2x12: 140-150
