Session started off slow, just sluggish getting going on this fine Monday. The weather down here is getting nicer and the sun is out a lot more which has tons of positive affect on me. Garage door was open, the breeze was flowing, hitting some heavy squats and deadlifts. Bumped up the weight on both squat and deadlift to 585 and I was happy with both. The goal is for three sets of one rep t six-hundred next week.
