Coming off the "deload weekend" I was not feeling as good as I had hoped. The squat movement pattern felt almost foreign until I got under my working weight. The crew moved pretty fast as we only rolled with 50% of our max with 20% (of what was on bar) in chain weight. I rolled with 315 and 4 chains, 6x3 with a 3's pause.

The following day I usually have a massage and our sports therapist aid me in my recovery. Massage went great, then our sports therapist threw me to the wolves implementing what he learned from Coach Cal Deitz and Coach J.L Holdsworth at the seminar hosted at the spot athletics. My nervous system was shot the rest of the day, my body feels different and I am eager to see what training feels like on wednesday
