so these "speed days" and their up set protocol is really interesting to me. The progression allows a transition from speed strength to stretch speed in the same training session and it feels fantastic I am currently a big fan of this and excited to see how this has helped my bench. My last up-set had roughly a total weight of 400 lbs at lockout, for me to be able to move the weight as smooth as I did with minor struggle has me in a GREAT place for this lift.
