Another rough bench day, thus far this training period I have only had one good bench day with this evil football bar. Most of the issue is mental, today I was dealing with a lot of back pain from the other days max effort lower movements. The only other variable that I can think of is the best day I had with this bar is when we switched days and ME football bar benched on a Friday afternoon as pose to a Saturday morning. Either way, failed 370 for 2 at lockout and had a drifting left leg, lol. You can tell how bad my back was hurting by how stiff and awkward my leg lifted on rep two. Hoping that I can get my act together for the rest of this cycle before meet on bench, going to possibly move my Saturday training to the afternoon on heavy days.
