Everything felt off getting into this training session, I was hopeful cause usually these have a tendency to end really well. The goal was 680 for three I however fell short of that goal and was only able to muster up a 640 for three high squats. I came to the conclusion I was in my head and I was trying to squat with a narrow stance because who the hell knows why. The rest of this cycle will be done with a wider stance and getting out of my head
