I was coming off of a really rough weekend and having my back tighten up after my last max effort day so I was overly skeptical and nervous. I made sure to take extra time during warm ups to patiently loosen up my erectors and get my hips moving properly so they didn't not rely on and piss off my erectors anymore. Everything came together great today in squats and deadlifts, the decrease in overall percentages helped a lot and allowed me to lock in form and depth. Here are the main lefts of the days for me, we are about 5 weeks out and the real fun will begin NEXT weekend as I make a trip up to the EliteFTS compound!!!
