I didn't have time or room to do my deadlifts today, full crew in the gym and helping a friend who drove 2 hours to train with me. Deadlifts will happen tomorrow before kettlebell training.

First time under the squat bar since Worlds and I felt great. A break is always good for the body. My left leg is still sore however, at World's I pulled my IT and glute on my 380 lb squat and still feels messed up. A trip to Dr. Kinakin is in order asap.

I'm excited for this training cycle, I am going to work extra hard as I have set some pretty hefty goals.
