After my worthless training session on Saturday- which it wasn't worthless, just a gentle reminder that my body can only take so much- I decided on my course of action for the week.

Deload. Reload. Light week. Call it whatever the fuck  you want. I'm just not doing any lifting this week because I did too much the previous weeks. Does that define it clearly enough?

Monday morning- deep tissue massage focusing on my pecs/bicep tendons and SI joints.

Tuesday nothing

Wednesday- rehab and stretching

Thursday- nothing

Friday- elliptical 10 min, leg ext 3x10, leg curl 3x10

Saturday squat my balls off
