The wheels fell off today. I was shaking in the hole at 3 plates. And 4 plates felt like garbage, so I shut it down. Really I just trained my squat and deadlift heavy for too many weeks in a row. (This isn't a terrible thing. I like overtraining a bit early on in a meet prep cycle.)
So I finished this training session with a lot of light work and I'll adjust on Monday and decide what I want to do for the week.
