-With my hamstring issues, as a result of my shifting, I opted to go with a heeled shoe for this training cycle to take some stress off the hamstring and shorten that ROM in the bottom of the squat. I might not feel quite as comfortable or get the stretch reflex I'm used to because I'm babying it, but we'll make due for now.
