Well I pulled my hamstring again. I should have seen it during warm ups, shifting into my right hip again, putting extra strain/stretch on my left side. It's my fault for not sticking with the rehab that Dani and I worked on, but I felt good and wasn't seeing any issues.
Hopefully it's just some scar tissue that popped. It's uncomfortable today but not painful. I'll give it a week and see what happens. Lesson learned I guess...
