I apologize for being behind on my training log.  I usually catch up on the weekends but helped handle 3 lifters from OBB on Saturday (Bri Otto, Amanda Crawford, and Sean Brownstein), April Harper on Sunday and helped EliteFTS Teammate Casey Williams as well.  I'll post how they all did as soon as I get caught up.
