I had a laugh when I watched this guy, (I don't know his name) do a social media gig where he is on a piece of equipment and does a rhyme of some sort..." On Friday we do arms, because if you want (has a name for a part of the male anatomy) to do some sort of carnal act to (a nickname for a part of the female anatomy) you have to be SWOLE". Anyway, on Saturday we do squats. Because if you want to live forever, with or without her, you need to be swole. (that sucked)

Today's Training:

GHR: 5x10

Squat: 2 reps on the minute for 30 minutes, at 50% or your Dynamic weight. Mind you, this doesn't have to be dynamic (especially in the later rounds) but it does have to be consistent.

The lower back pump gets REDICULOUS. (mine is still on fire)

Leg Extension: 3x15. Just because!
