Matt has been associated with Team Elitefts for close to 10 years in multiple capacities. Through our Social Media and QA, out of all the active Team members, he has answered more of your training questions than anyone else on the site. If there is anyone who is in touch with the struggles you all face in training it is Matt.
He has coached at almost every one of our seminars and clinics as head coaching role. When you come to one of our events we have multiple racks running at a time. While all of those we bring in our qualified we make sure to put those who we know are the best teachers and troubleshooters as head coaches of each station. This ensures quality control but also puts one person at each station who can help trouble shoot the unexpected.
With Matt's gym personal training and small group clients his time for online clients has always been limited but he was willing to open up a slot for out Online Client Raffle. While I know and have seen Matt work with and help correct technical and programming issues with advanced lifters I would say his greatest strength is in his ability to explain, teach and train those just getting into Powerlifting or strength training.
