I have not used a leg machine in years because I generally think they suck. This thing is awesome! It’s very easy to mimic a proper squat with this machine. I’m trying to build a little size in my lower body so I did some sets after all my dynamic work. I also have an issue when I sit back I shift into my right hip. I was able to focus on this with the power squat and get a great training effect. Legs are blown up today!
